12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Website will immediately cease.

13. Arbitration

Any controversies or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules of India’s Arbitration Association. The parties shall select a mutually acceptable arbitrator knowledgeable about issues relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. In the event the parties are unable to agree to such a selection, each party will select an arbitrator and the two arbitrators, in turn, shall select a third arbitrator, all three of whom shall preside jointly over the matter. The arbitration will take place in Gurgaon, India, and the language of the arbitration will be English.

14. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WorkGeek Services concerning the use of the Website.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

  • You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
